Refund Policy and Returns
We believe you should get a quality product, no matter what. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All returns must be in the original packaging and unused. We do not accept returns on used or incomplete items. Please make sure all associated itms are placed in the original packaging and shi8p prepaid and insured to our return address below via the same courier that delivered the item to you. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item/s. Return shipping or any additional charges will not be refunded unless the product was defective. Shipping costs will not be refunded on nondefective products. Please call or email for a Refund Transaction Number (RTN). Returns will not be accepted without an RTN.
